The Unit consists of a living cum dining at the ground level and a internal stairs take you to the bedroom & bath/toilet at the mezzanine level. The far side of the mezzanine opens to a small lawn and a sit out thereof. There is small kitchenette attached to the living cum dining but cooking is restricted. The living is furnished with sofa cum bed and a dining table and a TV.

This is the smallest of our four rooms. An internal staircase running through the room makes it look smaller than it actually is. It is an interconnecting room with the Garden view room above which is Spacious consists of a bedroom. The far side of the room opens to an exclusive small lawn. The Room in the mezzanine floor and the ground floor has independent entry but can be connected through a common door if required.
